This auction is for the closing costs and down payment.  It is not for the purchase price of the property.  Starting bid is $300 which covers all of the closing costs.  Anything bid over that will go towards a down payment.  Total price of the 5 acres is $27,200.  For example, if the winning bid is $1,300 then $300 of that will cover your closing costs and $1,000 will be the down payment.  We will then finance the balance of $26,200.  As long as you make your payments you are financed with us.  No hassle with credit checks and such.
