Our Dream Home in Florida!!!

Our beautyful and charming house was built in 1990 and is located in a central, nevertheless quiet and beautyful neighbourhood, directly in the "heart" of Cape Coral.  My husband and I used to take our bikes every morning, after we droped off the children in school, and drove to the nearby eco-park where we did our brisk- walking through the park. It's beautyful to watch the tropical wildlife there and hundreds of tropical plants. Shopping and dining is also only minutes away. Walmart, Publix, Schools, Coralwood shopping center, Movies and countless Restaurants are only 5 minutes away with the car but still our backyard is so quiet....you have it all!! The lot is oversized and to the back it's like a pie-shape on an intersecting canal. It feels like you live on a little island. Lots like this are very limited in Cape Coral. Because the eco-park is nearby we could often watch otter familys playing int he water or the American eagle fishing for breakfast. The Two- Story house has about 2,000 sqft leaving area under air with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms. From the Master bedroom you can reach the balcony from where you can view the oversized pool area with Jacuzzi and the back yard. Every room has water-view.  The neibourhood is very nice and well taken care of and our house is right on the cul-de-sac. Whether you like shopping, fine Restaurants, golfing, fishing or nature pur, everything is just minutes away.
